TNPSN selected as part of a dissertation study.

The dissertation study is being developed by Amanda Dooley, currently attending University of the Cumberlands in Kentucky. The study is focused on the moral suffering and resilience among first responders. Participation is encouraged and it’s an opportunity for first responders to be heard on a greater scale.

TNPSN teaching a Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) Course for first responders.

Eric Hall, our Middle-Tennessee regional coordinator instructed a 40-hour Crisis Intervention Training Course at the Cookeville Police Department that included local first responders.

Crisis Intervention Training works to improve outcomes for people living with mental health challenges who encounter law enforcement or other first responders.

TNPSN at the Behind the Badge Seminar in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Jeff Killion, our West Tennessee regional coordinator, served as a speaker for The Behind the Badge Seminar.

The Behind the Badge Seminar is underway in Lebanon, TN. The seminar offers resources that address the elevated risk of PTSD and suicide that law enforcement professionals face every day.
